Hello and greetings all Filipino Martial Arts Enthusiasts in Bergen County. As a follow up on my previous post on the Filipino Martial Art (FMA for short) Pananandata, I would like to do my small contribution in attempting to solidify all my brothers in FMA by periodically posting up some homage videos of some of the great masters from the past. The Filipino martial arts has a rich history in combative arts which are combat tested and rooted in reality combat. Today’s post features Grandmaster Ben Lema from Lightining Scientific Arnis.
