In order to stand out from the competition, our small group session will be able to offer the following:

Safety:

Teams will learn proper safety techniques thought the entire program to ensure safe practice and performance. This includes safety under Catching, Basing, Flying, Stretching & proper Tumbling.

 

Physical Improvement:

Team will have physical training days to improve overall Body Strength, Balance, Flexibility and Cardiovascular.

 

Stunting:

Team will receive special attention on the weaknesses and strengths. With this having all athletes well rounded with all positions. Fliers and bases will learn all good fundamentals to insure every stunt is timed and sharp, while focusing on safety and proper spotting, basing and flying.

 

Cheers & Chants:

Cheers & Chats are what represent the team; learning coordination and combinations throughout the courses will insure the team is well recognized in any completion and performance.

 

Routine Dance:

Performing with top hits and keeping all the dances clean and fresh, Making the entire dance performance filled with stunts & tumbling throughout the fun sharp dance routine. Making it nothing like any of the teams has seen before.

 

Tumbling & Jumps:

With all routines come great eye grabbing tumbling and Jumps with this Improving overall Flexibility and strengths to pull off all these combinations. We can improve the teams speed and agility, to have the entire team be amazing athletes on the mats and everyday life.
