With the popularity of Mixed Martial Arts, the demand for quality martial arts programs such as the world reknown art like Muay Thai, also known as “Thai Boxing”, have increased. However, trying to find a safe, progressive curriculum for Thai Boxing training has been difficult for many living in Illinois. Muay Thai Kickboxing is one of the most sought after striking styles in the world. KRU Muay Thai is not to compared to the common cardio kickboxing class at your local gym in Illinois.
