The majority of the listings for my field Executive Suport come via staffing agencies. How would you approach addressing the cover work to a headhunter.
In my case, I talk about my personal skills, what I do in my current role, and skills from previous jobs. I cant, however, use any tangible experiences to relate to the company because I don't know who the company is.
Also, if you could, would you mind critiquing my cover? I've tried to get help here before but no good. Are you writing the cover cover to a head hunter or does the experience hunter pass on your letter to the actual company?
I'll reply as I understand it, that you are good a cover letter for for headhunter to read. I'm going to assume that cover headhunters will be writing a research paper buy order for your skills and how your skills match with what the employer needs.
